Comprehensive Women’s Health is home to an experienced and dedicated staff that sincerely enjoys serving the needs of each patient. Our doctors are board certified and experienced in treating a variety of illnesses including diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.

  • Angela Marshall, MD, FACP

    Dr. Angela Marshall is a Board Certified Internist who has practiced in the Washington Metropolitan area since 2002. She received her undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. After completing her Bachelor’s degree, she worked as an Electrical Engineer for the Central Intelligence Agency.

    Dr. Marshall decided to combine her love for science and passion for helping people by pursuing a medical degree. She received a Doctorate of Medicine from Indiana University. She completed her medical internship at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and her Internal Medicine Residency at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.

    Dr. Marshall understands the unique demands that women experience and has a strong commitment to caring for her patients so they can better care for their families.

  • Christina Neal, MHS, PA-C

    Christina Neal is a certified Physician Assistant and has practiced in Maryland since 2005. Christy received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2002. She received a Master's degree in Health Science and her Physician Assistant Certification from George Washington University in 2005. She is a member of both the American and Maryland Academies of Physician Assistants. Christy is passionate about women's health and has a keen interest in adolescent medicine.

  • Holly Harris, MD

    Holly Harris, M.D. is Board Certified in Family Medicine and previously practiced in Northern Virginia. She completed her undergraduate degree in Microbiology at the University of Florida. After obtaining her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, she trained in Family Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She has practiced in the Northern Virginia area since completing her residency. She enjoys caring for all patients and believes good communication is essential for doctorpatient relationship. In her spare time, she enjoys baking homemade goodies, spending time with family, and watching the Florida Gators.

  • Lauren Maragh, MD

    Lauren Maragh, M.D. is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine. Her passion for helping others started at a young age which led her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. She worked several years a researcher and technician at the Georgetown University Comprehensive Cancer Center prior to entering medical school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon completion of her degree she trained at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center with specific focus in primary care. Prior to joining the Comprehensive Women’s Health family she provided healthcare within the Veterans Administration with a focus on women’s health care. She is excited to bring her passion for women’s health to CWH.

  • Marcia Y.L. Parris, MD

    Marcia Parris, MD is a Board Certified Family Physician. She practiced in New York for 15 years and has returned to her native Washington Metropolitan area. Dr. Parris graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from Spelman College.  She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from The George Washington University School of Medicine. During that time, she decided she wanted to work in an underserved community and was selected to become a member of the National Health Service Corps.  She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Parris embraces her patients like family and believes in working with her patients to improve their mental and physical health.

  • Judy Cao, MSHS, PA-C

    Judy Cao is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who is a graduate of George Washington University's Physician Assistant Program. Born and raised in Maryland, she graduated from The University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she was a volunteer EMT at the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad. Judy believes in the importance of preventative medicine and being proactive with one's health. She's interested in sharing her passion with all patients to ensure that they strive for improvement in their quality of life, not just for themselves, but also for their loved ones. In her spare time, she enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
